The County must provide businesses with workers that meet their needs and provide workers with training to upgrade their skills and increase pay/benefits.

 Campbell County Economic Development Corporation is one of the catalysts to make this happen by:

• Serving as the market research arm of Gillette Colleges' Industry Training Education Center (I-TEC) and being the liaison between the College and the business community 

• Assisting existing and in-coming companies secure training grants 

•  Helping in the recruitment of needed workforce
